PLODs are the ultimate team walking challenges. At around 40 miles, a PLOD is not a casual walk in the park. Morocco Bike or Hike 2012
Cycle the beautiful Atlas Mountain foothills or trek to the summit of Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa.

London to Paris Bike Ride 2012 registration
You can now register for the Action Medical Research London to Paris Bike Ride which will take place on 18-22 July 2012.
We have four routes to chose from.
London to Paris Route One
2012 sees the introduction of our first ALL-WOMEN route to Paris. Grab a group of girlie mates or come solo and join the sisters on this 4-day route from London to the heart of Paris.
London to Paris Route Two
A mixed route starting in South Croydon taking you through to Dover where you will cross the Channel in to Calais from where you will continue through to Arras, followed by Compiegne before reaching Paris.
London to Paris Route Three
A mixed route starting in Chessington taking you through to Portsmouth where you will cross the Channel in to St Malo from there you will ride through Mayenne and Chartres before finishing in Paris.
London to Paris Route Four
Another mixed group route leaving a day later than the other three routes meaning over 100 miles a day. Starting at London Bridge on the 19 July, you will ride through to Dover where you will cross the Channel to Calais. From there you will ride through Amiens in to Paris.
The finish
All four routes finish in Paris on the 22 July riding Arc de Triomphe before finishing at the Eiffel Tower.
Then on the 23 July you can rest in Paris while watching the Tour de France finale as it arrives back in to Paris riding in your tread.
